Why there aren't enough WIIs for sale

Here's a video I dug up from my archives of Ray explaining why there aren't enough WII systems for sale. This was shot on New Year's of this year between 1 to 2 am after we had been restaurant hopping around Chicago's chinatown. Ray had a few drinks earlier and tried to explain to us something about fab capacity.
