I was thrilled to receive my Moo Mini Cards in the mail yesterday after having seen these cards around for a while now. The Freelance Camp I attended a few weeks ago offered 100 complimentary Moo mini cards for attending. It was a great way to try these out and see for myself if these mini cards are as good as they seem to be.
Moo’s print technology allows you to choose as many different designs or images you like for your cards as your heart desires. Essentially, you can have a different design for every card in your pack. This feature is the best for creative types who want to showcase their work and don’t want to be restricted to one design for their cards only.
The mini cards are 2.75″ x 1.1″ in size, about half the size of a standard business card and are on a nice thick 16pt card stock. You have the option of choosing a smooth matte laminate or gloss UV coating. The minimum order is 100 cards which will cost $19.99. Customizing your order is relatively easy to do on Moo’s website. All that’s needed is to add the standard information you want on the front side and all the images you want to print for the back side. If you don’t choose to have a different image for every card in the pack, Moo will let you know how many cards will be printed with that particular image.
The mini cards come in a nice little box you can use to hold all your cards and those that you swap with others. It’s a fun format to display your work and something a bit different from the ordinary business card. Overall I’m quite pleased with how these turned out. You can get 10% off your first order if you order yours through this link to Moo’s website.
